Oracle Training Consultants Ltd
65-67 Silver Street Doncaster DN1 1JL
Oracle Training first opened it’s doors in Doncaster’s market place in 1999; with just four staff and 18 learners. Originally the vision of our two Directors; Sally Marsh and Diane Logan who wanted to create a training organisation that was as passionate about it’s young people’s success as it was about training. The Company has gone from strength to strength and now has over 200 learners training in two state of the art training centres, and staff who’s job it is to offer the highest level of service to all Oracle’s internal and external customers.
Inspiring and motivating young people is a difficult job, but someone’s got to do it! Here at Oracle we work with locally based Employers who can see the potential of our learners and are willing to offer them the opportunity to work while they develop their chosen pathway.
The learner’s journey is not an easy one at the best of times and we try to make the transition as smooth as possible; offering the support and guidance for each learner to help them enjoy their training and achieve their full potential.
Working through a work based programme will mean that you are on placement or in employment for part of the time. This will give you the opportunity to earn while you learn. All learners work towards their own learning plan, which includes the recognised qualifications that are recognised by employers; helping you gain the skills you need to become employable in the industry of your choice. You will study for the qualifications both on day release at our centre and with your employer.
Oracle have an excellent training team who are fully qualified in both their occupational area and teaching. Support is on hand to any learner who needs help with ANY aspect of their learning plan - this may be just extra help with an assignment through to regular one to one mentoring.
All applicants are invited to have a one to one interview with a member of our recruitment team to get a realistic view point of our programmes and the industry, all who attend get a guided tour around our facilities. To book an interview simply call 01302 813900, or on line at www.oracle-uk.com
An annual Student of the Year event is offered to celebrate our learners successes and achievements. Individual prizes are awarded.
All learners achieving programme success are congratulated in our Employer Newsletter and any outstanding stories are highlighted through the local press.
As the government is committed to investing in our future workforce and recognises the importance of training, this programme is completely free to young people up to the age of 19.
